Terms and Conditions

Welcome to PERSONAS (personassound.com), operated by Antwon Adell, trading as PERSONAS ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and the purchase of digital music from our store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. This does not affect your statutory rights.

"Buyer" means any person who purchases from us.

"Seller" means Antwon Adell, trading as PERSONAS.

"Goods" means the digital music files available for purchase on this website.

"Contract" means the agreement for the sale and purchase of Goods.

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of that order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or technical error. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your order and contact details before completing purchase.

Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely through Stripe and must be made in full at checkout. We do not store your card details — these are handled entirely by Stripe. If payment is not received or is reversed after an order is placed, we reserve the right to cancel that order.

All products sold through this website are digital downloads. Because digital files cannot be "returned" once downloaded, no refunds are available except where a file is faulty, corrupted, or does not match what was purchased. If you experience an issue with a download, contact us at hello@personassound.com and we will resolve it, including providing a replacement file where appropriate.

We reserve the right to request additional verification before processing an order, to review orders flagged as potentially fraudulent, and to cancel and refund any order where fraud is suspected.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of purchased Goods. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
